What a week this has been!! Wacky Wednesday was a huge hit! We plan to continue doing something fun like that – as often as we can! If you have any ideas, please let us know! We’d love to hear from you! 🙂 The Desroches family is making it big – in all parts of the United States. How exciting! (And it will be even more exciting when we have the one and only Nick Dersoches in Palm Coast with us – 5 more days!!) …God is amazing and it is so important to be obedient (and listen!!) to Him and continue to give him the thanks He deserves it!

In-case you had your earmuffs on last night we all worked hard last night packing lots of love into each baby jar.

(We almost lost our lives in efforts to capture this during the “actual” making of the jars-incredible yea?)

They all need a home and guess what…they are on sale for $10.00!


Cookie challenge-

Word on the street is I got the best cookies in town…

I am officially challenging anyone who thinks they can compete with my cookie recipe which is known to make a grown man cry for more!

Offer stands to anyone foolish enough to try me!

“Weak Knee” Cookie Recipe!!
Ready in 25 minutes – makes 24 cookies

1 cup whole-grain flour
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup vanilla protein powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup Sucanat (optional)
1 tablespoon pineapple juice
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon pure coconut extract (optional)
1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple OR 1 8-oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple

1- Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2- In a large bowl, mix together first 4 ingredients. Set aside.
3- In a small bowl, stir Sucanat (optional) into pineapple juice. Set aside.
4- Add all remaining ingredients to the large bowl and combine gently. Add pineapple juice mixture, stirring gently; do not over mix.
5- Use a spoon and bare hands to form dough into walnut-sized balls. Place balls onto baking sheet, flattening slightly. Bake in oven until lightly browned. Let cool before serving.

Nutrients: Calories: 100; Total Fats: 1 g, Saturated Fat: 0 g, Trans Fat: 0 g, Cholesterol: 15 mg, Sodium: 50 mg, Total Carbohydrates: 15 g, Dietary Fiber: 2 g, Sugars: 6 g, Protein: 8 g, Iron: 1 mg.
