Fix It

So many people are always looking to someone else to make them feel or be what they wish they could be.

Meet someone for the first time, “hey how are ya’?” “live around here?” “what do you do?” “who is your favorite team?”

There is a level of trying to get to know someone but what many miss is that the average human psyche is trying to gather similarities and differences…

For some odd reason though, many weak-minded folk will allow themselves to conjure up conditioned emotions to, right off the bat, separate themselves even with the similarities out weighing the differences.

People love to do this with religion especially. I personally hate the word religion and can’t stand when someone says, “oh, he or she is very religious.” I don’t care what you claim to be …no one wants to be labeled “religious”…

Each person is so unique in every manner and every way…no matter what they do or who they are associated with. Many are guilty by association…

For instance, people usually can’t stand a salesman or used car dealer…what if that same guy saved your life the day prior or returned your purse you forgot?

People are not always a product of their job, nationality, bank account, or even race…

Today, try to love someone for who they are and what they may have done or not done…not for who they say they are or what they do…

Judge someone by their fruits…meaning look at their heart and let your calloused heart be softened today by doing something completely out of character…buy the persons coffee behind you today…or hand them a card…seriously, go buy a $1.00 card from a store that just says thank you or something…write something nice, sign it…and BOOM hand it off!

Just imagine how great that persons’ day is…

Actually…starting tomorrow…I will purchase a card, sign it, and give it to someone…then put that person’s name on our blog…we will see if they get in touch with us and we will leave instructions to forward it to a stranger…

We will call it the Pickel-Gram…filled with love for a total stranger signed by everyone we can…then we will see if we can get the 100th person to send it back to us!

What do you think, 100 people, more or less?

Thanks for reading and lets win over this city using nothing but LOVE!

Interesting idea. So many people need to hear ” you are valuable” “Someone cares about you today” or “you’re not alone.” My guess is, that many people will be touched by your cards and need that small (or big) boost in their day.
